We offer bridging finance in the United Kingdom and United States (NY & NJ States). Conditions vary deal by deal, but this is what you can expect.

- Initial term: 4-12 months
- LTV: up to 90% of purchase price and renovations, 75% of market value or GDV
- Loan value ($/£): from 50,000 up to 1,000,000
- Loan fee: 1-2%% of loan amount
- Legal and inspection fees: at cost
- Security: first charge on the property and personal guarantee
- Types: we lend on real estate renovations with the intention to sell or BTL (buy to let), or BRRR, or fix and flip, or HMO (houses in multiple occupation conversions). We do not lend on owner occupier properties.
